Andres Traslavina (Linkedin Profile) is the Head of Executive Recruiting at Whole Foods Market in Austin, Texas.

Andres joined Whole Foods Market a subsidiary of Amazon eight years ago as the first corporate recruiter. He currently serves as the Head of Global Executive Recruiting.
During his 20 years in recruiting, Andres has also worked as the Director of Recruiting at Blackboard, a consulting corporate recruiter for Microsoft retail, and as a Sr. Consultant at Talent Plus, where he interviewed and coached over 2000 executives from retail and hospitality worldwide companies.
Andres has many interests. One is traveling. He was born in Bogota, Colombia, lives in Austin, Texas home of Whole Food Market’s Global support’s office, and has lived and worked as a recruiter in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in Education / Psychology, both from the University of Nebraska.
