Honeit was invited to present at the annual Talent Acquisition Technology (TATech) event in Austin, Texas. The debate was “Humans vs. Robots – which is best for interviewing”.
Honeit believes interviews are two-way conversations, and that interview data reduces individual bias from group hiring decisions. The shift from scribbled notes to artificial intelligence (AI) is a big leap for HR, but interview data, to aid human decisions, is available within every interview conversation.
What about the candidate experience? Reducing interview bias is only part of the debate. In your next job interview, would you rather meet a future colleague or speak with a robot?
