Candidates receive a branded confirmation email with a calendar attachment. Candidates dial a local phone number and enter their interview pin number. Candidates easily talk using any telephone and there’s nothing to download or install.

Candidates also receive an email reminder 60 minutes prior to a scheduled interview. Candidates can also opt-in to receive a SMS text message reminder 15 minutes prior to a scheduled interview.
