Raine Lunke (pronounced rainy) is a talent acquisition leader with 15+ years’ experience as a strategic member of corporate executive leadership, HR, Sales and Technical Staffing teams. Her passion for recruiting is fueled by building teams, strategy, programs and driving operational efficiencies. Her success as a recruiter was a result of her direct sourcing methodologies while establishing strong rapport and professional credibility with hiring managers.

In 2012, she left corporate recruiting to fulfill a personal challenge of learning and working in the staffing industry. She was hired to build a new recruiting team, define goals and metrics, improve processes and introduce new sourcing methodologies. Raine and her team grew the consulting workforce by 200% and more than doubled company revenue.

Today, Raine combines her experiences within HR, recruiting and talent acquisition with an external focus on helping organizations, hiring managers and recruiters define, implement and execute unique strategies, initiatives, and process improvements.

Raine’s experience includes working for Fortune 500 organizations to small privately held companies in the software, wireless, financial, manufacturing and consulting industry. As a certified PHR & SHRM-CP and member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) she recognizes the challenges and exciting opportunities organizations, hiring managers and HR face when it comes to recruiting talent for their organization.

Raine is a true competitor and team player on and off the field…you can often find her playing on multiple co-ed softball teams and playing golf. While she was never a cheerleader she has an amazing leg kick and can do the splits! She is also a Seahawk fan as she lived in Seattle for 10 years prior to relocating to Vancouver, WA.
